Nina Dragičević, born 1984, is a selfemployed cultural worker, writer, composer and producer. She has a major in sociology and is an active member of many societal movements.An universal artist, she published three books at ŠKUC, her work being translated in English, Spanish, Czech and German language and represented at many festivals both Slovenian and international. At 2017, she gave lecture at European Lesbian Conference in Vienna. She often lectures in Slovenia. This year, among 176 participants, she won an award Vitez poezije (The Knight of Poetry) for the best unpublished original poem by both the jury and the audience.She is beeing published at various newspers and literary magazines and works as an editor at Radio Student.
She is also an author of many big sound installations and compostitions. Her sound performances are socially critical and were carried out at various scenes and festivals at home as well as abroad. She fuses artistic expression and social criticism to make a sound poetry that represents our society in all of its normalized anomalies. She combines techniques of musique concrete, original landscape recordings and electronic sounds.For a Slovenian publisher Kamizdat, she published the album Parallellax at 2016. In the same year she also published the work Hrtbrks No. 6.
