ANTHONY PATERAS: THE TOLMIN LECTURES

“This project has been assisted by the Australian Government through Music Australia.”

Throughout Sajeta 2025, composer, pianist & electronic musician Anthony Pateras will deliver a series of two-hour composition & analysis lectures. Over eight sessions, The Tolmin Lectures constitute a deep dive into the mechanics of a broad range of music. Rather than a demonstration of equipment or software, these lectures are designed to ignite curiosity & musical possibility through the act of collective critical listening. Two sessions a day will be followed by an open discussion & question time. The lecture agenda is as follows (subject to change).

Rates for this are arranged to a sliding scale according to the financial situation of the attendee. Contribution for The Tolmin Lectures: 50 EUR or 20 EUR with a festival ticket Registration: To register for the lectures, please contact: office@sajeta.org (Subject: Registration for the Tolmin Lectures)
