Pospe\u0161ili bomo pretok energije po telesu in se tako dobro pripravili na nov dan. Jogijska vadba bo temeljila na principih tradicionalne hatha joge. Na za\u010detku vadbe bomo opazovali svoj spontan dih, nato z vodenim potovanjem skozi na\u0161e telo sprostili posamezne mi\u0161i\u010dne skupine in prebudili \u010dutila. Z razli\u010dnimi tehnikami bomo z mislimi prispeli v trenutek tukaj in zdaj, nato pa z ogrevalnimi vajami pripravili telo na dinami\u010dni potek vadbe.<br>Vsaka delavnica bo imela glavno temo, kot na primer pozdrav soncu, prebujanje \u010daker, iskanje ravnote\u017eja v telesu in \u017eivljenju, zasuki v telesu in njihov psiho-fizi\u010dni u\u010dinek. Vklju\u010dene bodo tudi dihalne tehnike (pranajame).<br>Cilj delavnic bo prepoznati prepletenost diha in giba. \u017de na za\u010detku dneva bomo poskrbeli, da bomo na svoje dihanje pozorni tekom celega dneva. Dihanje je neposredno povezano z na\u0161im po\u010dutjem. Je edini notranji proces v telesu na katerega lahko zavestno vplivamo, se tako umirimo in izbolj\u0161amo svoje po\u010dutje .<br>Delavnice so namenjene tako popolnim jogijskim za\u010detnikom, kot tudi tistim, ki ste se z jogo \u017ee sre\u010dali. Te\u017eavnost in dinamiko delavnic bom prilagodila skupini.<br>Obvezna oprema na delavnici je jogijska blazina in udobna obla\u010dila.
