Mauricio Takara and Carla Boregas are key players in the experimental and underground music scene in S\u00e3o Paulo, Brazil, now located in Berlin. Takara is an explorer of rhythmic regions, confidently abstract and melodic, while Boregas focuses on the manipulation of synthesizers, bass, and electroacoustics As a duo they pull apart the seams between spiritual jazz, dub and krautrock. Their music is always in movement, in a dialogue of structural and emotional states, like the universe expanding into infinity.\u00a0 On their albums, the duo explores the theme of water and translates it from a physical to a meta-musical element.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
