HETEM (Srb)

Hetem is a Belgrade based musician and producer. His music is almost entirely instrumental, and is often described as cinematic, textured and atmospheric, incorporating elements of drone coupled with heavy bass rhythms. His live sets consist of prepared electronics, improvised synthesiser and guitar playing. As part of the duo Thus Far his music has been used for large scale audio visual installations. Hetem has released music on New York label Grinch Productions as well as the Spanish imprint Subsist Records. He has shared a stage with Ben Frost, Marco Bernardi, TEREKKE, Fran Hartnett and The Soft Moon amongst others, and has performed at the EXIT and Resonate festival in his native Serbia, as well as many smaller underground venues.
