ANA KRAVANJA (Slo)

Ana Kravanja is a multiinstrumentalist, who creates music in duet Najoua and in trio Širom. As a violin improvisator še coworks with many musicians and dancers: Samo Kutin, Tea Vidmar, Tomaž Grom, Irena Tomažin, Vid Drašler, Jošt Drašler, Ivo Poderžaj, Andrej Fon, Cene Resnik, Marko Karlovčec, Seijiro Murayama, Ryuzo Fukuhara, Lotus Edde Khouri, Youness Kirouche Paco, Matija Schellander, Maja Osojnik, etc. She wrote the music for the Simon Belak’s theatre plays Prometej (2013) and Sanjalnik (2013) and documentary Zazidan kamen Krasa (Jadran Sterle, 2012). At Kosovelov dom in Sežana she installed Kompozicija za pepel (Composition for ashes), skulpture with live sound material (2013). She concieved the project Glacies (music fort he fridge shelves), structured improvisation for quartet and composition Tinitus za oktet (2014).
